URGENTLY REQUIRED 10 CardiologyTranscriptionists Full-Time (1200+ lines/day)

CardioScribes is going through a fantastic growth and the ONLY reason is "we are blessed with fantastic MTs". We are currently recruiting for experienced INDEPENDENT SUB-CONTRACTOR MTs. - Must have 5 years cardiology experience.
Requirements:

Must have or be willing to purchase Stedman's Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Words, third edition or more current version if available.
Must be self-motivated and reliable.
Full time with flexible hours, minimum of 1300 lines per day - some weekend work required.
Successful applicants will come off of QA preferably within 2 weeks, (can be extended for 2 more weeks if needed).
Computer requirements - No satellite connections, must be DSL or Broadband equivalent. Microsoft XP operating system and MS Word 2003.
All cardiology references will be subject to verification.

IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR OPERATIONS MANAGER
CardioScribes is a highly innovative, customer centric comprehensive medical transcription company. We currently have an opening for motivated, focused and proven Operations Manager.
    Required

  • Experience of running operations of a (150-500 persons) Medical Transcription company.
  • Experience of growing the company from ground to 500+ person organization is a very big plus.
  • Recruiting and hiring MTs, QA, Team Leaders, etc..
  • Dynamic/Energetic/Go-getter.
  • Excellent communications skills (oral and written) are a must.
  • Knowledge of MS office is a must.
  • Valid drivers license, car, insurance and a clean driving record.
  • Neat, well groomed appearance and professional.
  • Extensive local and national travel.
    Desired

  • Knowledge of EMR systems, medical transcription and billing/coding services is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of Dragon Voice Recognition, dictation/transcription hardware/software.
    Responsibilities

  • Responsible for complete transition of new customer (current transcription to Mediscribes)
  •       • Hiring of MTs, QC, team leaders
          • Setting up of software/hardware at customer location(s)
          • Training of customer personnel (doctors, nurses, admin staff, etc..)
          • Transition planning and execution to ensure smooth and efficient transition
          • Periodic review meetings (online and face-to-face) with customer to ensure 100% customer centricity
          • Ensuring that TAT and quality/accuracy are maintained during the entire transition period

  • Clearly understands the Strategic Plan and works to meet and exceed sales goals/targets.
  • Develops an aggressive strategy for implementing the Strategic Plan
  • Works with Regional Sales Manager to assess upcoming accounts; suggests and implements appropriate actions to ensure that growth does not slow because of    lack of operations man-power.
  • Provides timely and competent administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample, and expense reporting.
  • Seeks out team building opportunities in order to communicate effectively and transfer information with supervisor and peers.
